TURIN — The B. Elizabeth Strong Memorial Library held its ninth Annual South Lewis Art Show all throughout the month of February. There were over 90 entries from the elementary, middle school, high school, photography and sculpture classes. The final Closing and Awards Party was held Feb. 29, with more than 125 people in attendance. Fausta Poste’s students from Ready Play Studio provided live entertainment with classical and fiddle music.
Elementary: Best of Show, Gwen Ernst; first place, Cayseen Schaffner; second, Eleaha Millard; third, Johanna Hastwell; Honorable Mention, Madalyn Brown.
Middle school: Best of Show, Liam Giannico; first, Sam Bailey; second, Layla Lake; third, Kierra Holland; Honorable Mention, Emily Harper
High school: Best of Show, Catherine Stanford; first, Cadence Booth; second, Marlaina Warcup; third, Caterina Nova; Honorable Mention, Veda Bailey
